Andrew is a hands-on software and technology executive with deep experience in software architecture, product development, cloud operations, product management, business acquisition and integration, and strategic planning. He has led technology teams across software businesses ranging from startups to established corporations with revenues exceeding $1 billion.

A Proven Track Record in Software, SaaS and Technology Leadership

Andrew has built and managed software architecture and engineering organizations across a wide range of industries, including restaurants, K-12 education, supply chain management, justice, technology consulting, IT systems and network management, and retail solutions for brands and publishers. He consistently focuses on product quality, delivery predictability, scalable architecture and disciplined software development practices.

He has also performed technology due diligence for venture capital firms, private equity firms and acquirers, evaluating more than 40 companies and over 100 software products with a focus on architecture, engineering process, cloud operations, security, scalability, reliability and extensibility.

Advancing Applied AI and Retail Intelligence at PreciseTarget

At PreciseTarget, Andrew leads the company's technology organization, including data science, software development, QA and cloud operations. He has helped guide PreciseTarget's evolution from adtech into broader retail intelligence products and solutions for publishers. His work at PreciseTarget includes:

  • Implementing a machine-learning framework supporting fast-cycle model design, testing and improvement.
  • Reducing model-improvement delivery times and costs by more than 90%, allowing for predictive and generative models to be run at scale.
  • Leveraging AI models to deliver retailer data enrichment, advertising audiences and publisher solutions.
  • Implementing spec-driven development using AI agents to improve the software development lifecycle.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys alpine skiing and cycling. He is also fluent in German.
